Hello, I am Emily, founder of Simply Bee Wellness.
I have a background in mental health nursing and beauty therapy.
My experiences have fuelled a passion for self-discovery and self-care, which I love to share with others.
Through Simply Bee Wellness, I aim to empower and help you develop your own unique wellness journey. My back ground as a nurse allows me to safely guide you with expertise and compassion.

I offer individual, group, and corporate self-care experiences.
These experiences can include yoga, meditation, and mindfulness workshops to cultivate relaxation, well-being, and a purposeful life.

Bees are a testament to resilience and wellness. Despite facing threats like habitat loss and disease, they persist in their vital role. Their busyness translates to immense contributions to the world. As essential pollinators, bees ensure the reproduction of a wide variety of plants, including many of our food crops. This supports not only human well-being but also the health of entire ecosystem.

We currently run our Yoga & Wellbeing sessions at the Wilberfoss Community Centre / Dunnington Reading Rooms.
