Emily offers personalised one-on-one and small group training sessions to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Emily  also provides online coaching for those who prefer a more flexible approach. Improve your strength, increase your energy, and boost your overall well-being.

These sessions will help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
Course of 5 sessions: £187.50
Course of 10 sessions: £350
Pay as you go £40 per session

Focusing upon a better understanding of ourselves, stress and how this can impact upon us.


Giving opportunity to explore, be creative and further develop
self care and compassion into our day to day lives.

Weekly 45 minute session
